Does raw, unpasteurised honey ever expire?

Properly stored in a dark cupboard, it lasts indefinitely. Its naturally low moisture content and high acidity create an environment where harmful bacteria cannot survive.

Why has my jar crystallised, and how do I fix it?

Crystallisation is a normal hallmark of high-quality, raw apiary products. To soften it, gently place the glass jar in a shallow bowl of warm water and stir until it returns to a liquid state. Avoid microwaving, as high heat destroys beneficial enzymes.

How should I store my infused varieties?

Unlike heavily processed alternatives, our artisanal infusions require absolutely no refrigeration. Simply keep your jars in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight to beautifully preserve their delicate flavour profiles and natural textures.

Can infants safely consume your products?

No. Children under the age of one should never consume raw bee products, as their digestive systems are not fully developed enough to handle natural spores safely.
