Solidago Honey or Goldenrod is a thick honey that crystallizes quickly and has a stong aroma.  The colour varies from light to medium gold.
Solidago Honey is benefecial in helping to reduce pain and swelling (inflammation).  It is also used for gout, joint pain (rheumatism), arthritis, as well as eczema and other skin conditions.
